He went above and beyond, spending extra time on me to really tailor my hair into a style that married a ton of elements together: my vision of what I was looking for with my specific face shape (including my hair type/density -- and even took into account how my natural mix of hair colors versus my skin complexion would affect the cut!) to give me the best haircut I've ever received since I've cut it short. He's also a natural conversationalist and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in.
